Contact Christian Tour by email, phone, fax, or in person to check space availability on the holiday you are interested in and consult with a travel specialist. Our Travel Consultants will be able to advise you about any departure date restrictions, discuss any amendments or extensions you might like to make to the itinerary, note any special requirements you may have and offer you other important information. We will be able to give you the up-to-date price of your chosen holiday, including the cost of any peak season supplements, child reductions, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested.

When you are satisfied with the offer, we'll send a booking form and our terms and conditions by email. Some offers and hotels have limited availability, so book early to avoid disappointment! The booking form and our terms and conditions need to be read, completed and signed. You'll be asked to send these documents back to Christian Tour, with your signature on them.
For a reservation to be valid we will require a deposit payment per person (15% of the total holiday cost). Full payment is due no less than 30 days before departure. If you book within the 30 days prior to departure date, you will need to send full payment at the time of booking.
On receipt of your completed and signed documents and deposit, Christian Tour will request the various services that make up your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice recording the arrangements reserved. If any of the services requested are unavailable, you will be contacted by your Travel Consultant to discuss suitable alternatives.
